Due to our limited editions, exchanges are not always possible. If an exchange is possible, the second shipment will be covered by Bambù and the return shipping costs by the client.

If you wish to return your item for a refund, here are the steps and conditions to follow :

1. Contact us  with your order number and the reason of your return. You will receive an email with instructions to return the item.

2. After receiving the product, you have 14 days to send it back and the return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

3. Items must be unused (unworn, unwashed and not personalized) and in their original packaging.

⮕ Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be issued automatically to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

POLITICA DI RESO 🇮🇹

A causa delle nostre edizioni limitate, i cambi non sono sempre possibili. Se un cambio è possibile, la seconda spedizione sarà a carico di Bambù e le spese di restituzione a carico del cliente.

Se desideri restituire il tuo articolo per un rimborso, segui i passaggi e le condizioni seguenti:

1. Contattaci indicando il numero dell’ordine e il motivo del reso. Riceverai un’e-mail con le istruzioni per la restituzione dell’articolo.

2. Dopo aver ricevuto il prodotto, hai 14 giorni di tempo per rispedirlo. Le spese di spedizione per il reso sono a carico del cliente.

3. Gli articoli devono essere inutilizzati (non indossati, non lavati e non personalizzati) e nella confezione originale.

⮕ Rimborsi
Una volta ricevuto e controllato il reso, ti informeremo sull’esito. Se il rimborso viene approvato, sarà emesso automaticamente sul metodo di pagamento originale. Tieni presente che la tua banca o l’emittente della carta di credito potrebbe richiedere più tempo per elaborare e registrare il rimborso.
